From an original idea by Neil Gaiman, the creative team on the first story arc of this series was;
Rick Vietch - Story; Bryan Talbot - Art; Angus Mckie - Colors and Todd Klein -Lettering. Al says, "This was quite an act to follow! In fact it was my good friend Bryan Talbot who recommended me as his replacement artist, I've lost track of how many jobs I've landed, thanks to Bryan 'putting in a good word'. Thanks again!"
It was also the first time Al was to collaborate with writer Paul Jenkins. They also did a Hellblazer issue together. Todd Klein continued his exellent lettering on the run, with Angus McKie's brother, Ian, taking over the coloring (not only are they identical in appearance, but also in talent) and Editor Ed Polgardy rounded off the team with associate editor Julie Riddle.
